Vickie Whatley is the SVP of Human Resources & Operations at Shout! Factory, a diversified multi-platform media company based in West Los Angeles. In her current role, Vickie is a member of the senior management team and plays a key role in developing and implementing a variety of policies, procedures and programs directed at employee engagement and company culture.
Prior to embarking on a career in the field of operations and human resources, Vickie worked in Development for both The UCLA Fowler Museum and The California Science Center.
Vickie earned her Professional in Human Resources certificate from the Human Resources Certification Institute in 2008. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management and Professionals in Human Resources Association, where she has served as Membership Chair for three years. Vickie is a graduate of Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem North Carolina where she earned her BA in Art History
