Quotable quotes:

“As I think in any company in any industry, the leadership of the company sets the tone for the way people behave and engage and you need to really suss that out before you join a company…”

“[on mentors] Find someone who you like and feel, you know, I kind of want to be like them and that is the kind of person who will be the best mentor to you…you and your mentor need to really click on a personal level.”

“I just think we have to be super, super honest with our partner.”

“You think you can’t do it, but you will find a way. Throw yourself in, and it may be ugly while you work it out, but you will get your own skill level to a place, and your own life to a place where it does all fit.”
